I believe that a Motivational Speaker should not just stimulate and fire up the listener (for that state could be just transient) - he should provide him with those vital Application Tools which will also channelize that stimulus into a dedicated pursuit. In my Workshops, I have been able to clearly convey to the participants that the TRP skills, which I teach and propagate, can be easily imbibed and practised by them – they realize that they too can develop these cutting edge skills and enhance their performing ability.

The Corporate Motivational Speaker needs to spark the feeling in the executive/ businessman that he can reach beyond, by harnessing his repertoire of knowledge and experience and applying them using the TRP skills as a catalyst. In my experience as a Corporate Trainer and a Motivational Speaker in India, I believe that the need to sustain this motivation is the key to growth, and this can be achieved through the sustained practice of TRP skills.
